Changed your mind? Send back any piece that is unused and still in its packaging within 30 days of it arriving, and we refund what you paid for it.
Starting a return
Email support@cataonline.store with the order number and the pieces you are sending back, and we reply with where to send them.
Good to know
- A carbon-steel pan that has been seasoned or cooked in, or a cazuela that has been soaked and heated, counts as used.
- You cover the postage on a change-of-mind return; we cover it when the fault is ours.
- Your refund goes to the card or account you paid with, within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
- The delivery charge on the original order comes back to you only when the mistake was ours.
Arrived broken or wrong
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund the piece and its postage, whichever you prefer. Keep the broken item unless we ask for it.
